Ken has been well known as a management and systems consultant to the fitness industry for nearly 20 years, and has worked with some of the best known names in the industry, both in the U.S. and internationally.  More than 400 clubs have benefited from his experience over the last two decades.

He has worked as a nutrition coach and trainer to many national and world champion athletes ranging from Olympic Medalists to saddle bronc riders, from World Champion Bodybuilding and Fitness competitors to rock and rollers, from professional basketball players to celebrity dancers and movie and Television personalities.

Currently Ken provides nutrition coaching and sport specific training to many of the world’s most accomplished outdoor athletes, among them our own Alton Jones and family, Brent Chapman and his wife Bobbi as well as Todd Faircloth’s wife Angie.  Other touring pro’s include Aaron Martens, Gerald Swindle, Jason Quinn, John Crews, Peter “T”, Mark Tucker, Kelly Jordan, Shaw Grigsby, Bill Lowen, Byron Velvick, Bobby and Chris Lane and Terry “Big Show” Scroggins.

When he’s not on the road with ESPN Outdoors/Disney for the BASS Elite Series Tour, Ken works with Outfitters and Guides, as well as traditional athletes, from the Pleasanton Athletic Center in Pleasanton Texas.  Pleasanton is well known as a center of Texas trophy whitetail activity, but most of his time there is spent designing and implementing Sports conditioning programs for kids from 14 to 18 years old. 

For the past two seasons Ken has been focused on bringing performance nutrition and sport specific program design to outdoor athletes.
